I want to order some items from China with my team logo on it. Is that illegal? Thank you

I assume you are referring to the logo of a professional sports team or other entity that is protected as intellectual property. If so, I am afraid your government would frown upon you buying and selling this product without sorting out the licensing in advance. This assumes the manufacturers isn’t licensed either. Even if the supplier tells you they are licensed, you still need to double check because many of the Asian licensing certificates are fake or out dated. As the importer of record, any legal drama in your country will fall square on your shoulders.
